Melissa MacDonald is the Children’s Pastor at Warner Alliance Church. She graduated from Crown College in Minnesota with her bachelor of science in Discipleship Ministries and a minor in counseling. She is currently pursuing her master of arts in Pastoral Counseling from Simpson University. Melissa came to us from a church in Orlando, Florida where she served as the Minister of Children.

Melissa’s hometown is Red Oak, Iowa. She is a pastor’s kid and grew up with her two sisters and mom and dad doing ministry as a family. Her whole family lives in the Midwest and Melissa uses every chance she can get to spend time with them. Melissa enjoys reading, anything to do with water including boating, tubing, and the beach, traveling, and meeting new people.

Melissa’s overseas all ministries at Warner involving kids and babies 6th grade and under. She directs Wyld Fx which is our monthly family worship experience and teaches Wyldride, our “youth group” on Tuesdays for 4th-6th graders. Melissa thoroughly enjoys working with kids. She loves being able to hang out with them and help lead them through the Wyldlife of experiencing and knowing Jesus. Make sure you meet her on your next visit to Warner!
